Maxillofacial Surgery
Maxillofacial surgery is the field of surgical treatment of diseases, injuries and deformities in the face, jaw, mouth and neck region.
In this area:

Jaw fractures, facial bone fractures,

Tumors, cysts, congenital deformities (e.g. cleft lip and palate),
-
Problems such as jaw discrepancies (for example, the lower jaw being too far forward or too far back) are treated.
Purpose: To make the face and jaw area healthy and balanced both functionally (speaking, chewing, breathing) and aesthetically.
